Guided by the theme of each year’s Conference and Colloquium, our esteemed speakers prepare their papers and submit not more than a single-page abstract detailing what they will cover and how it relates to the theme.
The Conference Content Board reviews all abstracts and may request additional information to make a decision. Prospective speakers and presenters are then sent our commentary on the abstracts submitted, where applicable. We consider this the first submission.
Prospective presenters and speakers can then proceed to develop and submit their manuscripts and/or presentation slides for one final review.
Session speaker proposals submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome all submissions for speaker proposals. Prospective speakers are invited to submit session proposals in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
