Kickstart: An Outplacement & Employability Initiative

This is to assist young Sempers who are University Degree and Diploma holding graduates in gaining the work experience critical to starting a new career. The program envisages running  finishing schools to equip Sempers with skills that address employability, then leveraging an outplacement service to get them into lucrative work at the beginning of their careers.
